I was just able to get in. Try again.

Years ago someone at FTD demanded that I pay them something like $50 per quarter/per flowerSoft user if I wanted them to provide me with an ASCII file of the FTD membership.
I said thanks, but no thanks and found an alternate source.
Glad to say that they are much more helpful now-a-days.
