What....is the "Thanks" button missing?

Been noticing a lot of posts are not getting thanked, even by the thread starter. If you ask a question, and people take time out of their lives to give you their opinion, it's commonly a nice courtesy if you give them a little "thanks".

I appreciate everyone who thanks me when I get up the nerve to say something. I, too, think it is a common courtesey, especially if you are the one who started the thread.
