What is this flower?

It has cute little tiny flowerettes inside all around the red center. They were growing at Disney's California Adventure. I used to know what they are, but I can't think of it now.

Zinnias for wedding bouquets?

Okay. Now that we know it's a zinnia, can anyone tell me if they use them in bouquets and if they need any special care. I just had a bride ask me for them for an October wedding and I've never used them for a fresh cut wedding flower before.

they hold up really well in wedding work...I have to be extra careful with the hollow stems, they seem to be the one flower I crush if I'm not really careful. Just process as usual.
