The mercury system for sending orders for FTD has been down since late morning Friday. What's up???

Supposedly ice storms in Oklahoma brought down the whole Mercury system. It is supposed to be up and down until tomorrow

Last time I was in Downers Grove the merc system was in that building.

hdqtrs had power outage on Friday early morn from rain storm, merc was out until that afternoon.... has been working fine on sending and receiving since then in Texas. wonder why just in TX from IL only works?

Maybe the main processing center is in Ok. Either that or I must have been really tired this weekend when I called them.

We are still down as of this evening...so that makes since last fri with no merc....I'm sure they are going to give me a discount on my bill next month....lol

Iknow the call center went to Ark. but I thought the main computer system was still in the building at Downers Grove???
I know we had intermittent Merc Fri and Sat. but seemed alright after that. but that could be because we did not contact the computer when it was down so we may have just lucked out

EFOS is in Downers Grove. Many problems due to the turbo line being down - calls being routed through ice-storm areas, etc....

Talked to Tech support.....
before, during, & after...and seems that the entire system, failed from multiple power outages, brownouts, incoming T1 access failure, and backup power failures, along with an unusually busy 3 day period!
They would bring the systems up online, then, start mirroring the redundancy servers, and the power would fail during data backups, and they'd have to start all over again!!
One tech guy said "whatever COULD go wrong, DID!!"
