How about the common sense of the smiling neighbors, clueless.
Or of the city, limiting the power in January, for a 93 year old man, clueless.
I'm hoping the man chose to die ....

this is SICK. MIchigan is having one of the coldest winters on record and they limit his electricity without a face to face!
