Which WS handles Navy Exchange flower orders?

We had a call yesterday from a young man trying to track down flowers he ordered through the Navy Exchange. When he placed his order, they told him the flowers would be delivered through our shop.

We were unable to locate any order for his wife in our system and based on what he described, it sounded like a WS product.

We're not a member of any of the major WSs so I can't imagine how he was given our shop name.

IIRC the Navy Exchange orders used to all flow through TF, but I'm not sure if they still do. Any idea which WS now handles them.

We once got an order from a Marine post and it was through Teleflora. I have been reading some of the comments and seems like the WS operators are just giving out names of florists so they don't have to take the heat if the order wasn't delivered or to make them look more viable. They are also sending out emails to the senders claiming the flowers were delivered when they weren't.

my rep told me last year that FTD had taken the military contract away from TF, but I don't have any proof of that.
