white rose variety

What white rose would you recommend for the composite rose bouquet?
We use a lot of eskimo but do not feel it is the right white rose for the bouquet.

I like Heiress, lots of petals, BIG petals and very, very fragrant. The Blizzard we get are creamy, I always thought with that name that they should be white, but maybe the farm location makes a difference. I think ours come from Ecuador.

If you are looking for white, I'd use Blizzards. If you want an ivory/cream rose, I'd use Virginias.
