If you send an order via FTD using Mercury Direct and it is forwarded by the florist you sent it to, how do you know which florist ended up with the order? I know I can call FTD and find out but there must be a better way. The software we use which is hopefully going to be replaced soon requires we know who has the order in order to reconcile. Am I missing something hidden deep inside the MD interface?
