Who is "kabloom today"??

I got a Dove order Thursday sending shop Kabloom Today in L.A. They wired an order in that was for a TF glass vase that I carry, to a hospital in Pittsburgh. After attempting delivery (pt discharged) I got a call from TF HQ about the order and I asked why TFHQ was calling me about another 'shop', agent stammered somewhat and said they are a TF Partner.....to which I questioned further and got no direct response. The order got cancelled and resent to me with another address -which I rejected--is this another TF/wire service pak o'lies???? Any one know??

It's not hard enough to be a business owner--now we have to police everything. Where do these idiots come from and why do they think they can make a PILE of money deceiving the public. Grrrr..........
