Longtime FC members may remember 'Who Sent Flowers' for their attempts to recruit florists for their 'new marketing' opportunities. Turns out the new ideas were really old - make phony local listings and forward the calls somewhere else to be gathered.

The company, based outside Philadelphia, agreed to settle allegations it didn't disclose over 800 name listings and more than 50 phone numbers in its previous settlement. This was the second time the state took the firm to court.
