Why are "REAL" florist the "overpriced" bad guys??? (in any market)

Please take note - that all of those pics this "CHEAPER" "non flower shop" person has posted... ALL seem to be taken - where else????

IN A FLOWER SHOP?????????? DUH!!!

I already sent this person a not so nice email - I usually overlook all of the digs at "REAL FLORISTS" and how we "OVER CHARGE" -

BUT!!!! I could not let this one go - considering the background for all the pics!

Tammie, I don't recognize that shop as being near or east of me.
Sorta resembles on in Rockwall. Yeah, and I want to see her make that lavender rose bouquet for 25.00 looks like it's about 10 roses. hehe!

The light guy has it wrong on so many counts, PROMISING not to burn a house down just might get him burned one day, and using your kid in his scout uniform that's low.

Just what kind of self respecting real florist advertises on CraigsList like that. Can you spell "desperation" and "bad taste"?

By the way Tammie, another shop closed in Plano last week. Another one bites the dust.

That shop and the designs looked a little familiar to me. Is there anyway of telling what town the shop is in?

I actually think the light guy has taken an clever approach to dealing with "basement betties"... If nothing else, he may cause potential customers to think twice about hiring just any old guy to hang lights. And I kinda like his "promise not to burn your house down" :) If I was looking for a light guy, I would at least get a quote from him!

Now the typos irritate me, but overall I think it's a clever ad...

Carol - The basement Betty - is not a Betty - He is a " basement Bobby" his name is Cody Fountain... (at least that is what his email said)

He said that he does (or did) work in a shop in the DFW area - and that the photos were taken on by him with his camara and they were his designs.. so the photos belonged to him.. I asked him if he was on the clock using that florist product... He never would give a direct answer... I told him he was loser and a user... NEXT..

Goes back again to those folks that want something for nothin... DRIVES me insane!

As for the light guy - He made me laugh... I would definatly call him - I can't spell either... so - we'd get along GREAT!
 
Tammie, was he entered one year in the CowTown contest? He sure looks like the Cody that I judged a few years ago. I am thinking you might have been in charge of the contest that year.

The background looks like The Flower Market (I'm not sure if that is the right name) (near Montgomery Plaza) which is kind of a small wholesale outfit where bb can go in and do their wedding flowers and rent space in their cooler.
