We have a question about incoming wire orders. We received an FTD order and at the bottom after operation if says Teleflora Technologies. We also received from that said Redbook Technologies. Can someone explain this to us?

Sure, it means that the florist who sent you the order is using floral software developed by Redbook or Teleflora. You will also see references to 'virtualticket' 'FTD Technologies' and 'Flowersoft' - it just indicates what the computer network software is. We use FTD Mercury but I'm not sure what message shows up on our orders.
