Would YOU be willing to drop ALL "traditional" wire services??`

We are working on a system of transferring orders between "affiliate" shops, for NO COST, to "affiliate" shops, and maybe a "token" commission of say 10%!!
Those shops that are NOT "affilite" shops would be charged $5.00 to transfer an order, with NO additional clearinghouse OR discounts, BUT receive NO commission!!
We think we have a NEW WAY to transfer orders between LEGITIMATE and PROFESSIONAL FLORIST SHOPS!!
YOU MUST HAVE high speed internet access, an automatic email client, AND the willingness to change!!
ANY TAKERS??......

Mikey: would be nice to have an answer to this question...i.e. what system would strongly encourage florists to deal direct and give up the 20% plus rebate. Working with another florist we have decided on 15% (85/15) as fair. In this case we know each other well so we are billing each other monthly. The 85/15 is really meant more for establishing a rule we would be prepared to use with any florist but would expect a card # with order. Bruce
