Our thoughts are already turning to the folks on the West Coast of Florida...and the whole Gulf for that matter...God Bless....

Once again our whole state is sitting on go.Reports vary from hour to hour......just heard it was "looping" and could go to Mexico...or Orlando, or Englewood, or somewhere in Broward county. All I know is that at 7am I was at Home depot(since we no longer have Mom and Po hardwares stores here) and went to buy wing nut thingys for my shutters...the ones that will for sure hold up to a Cat 5...oh yeah,anyway in the whole store they had 4 packs...I asked if there had been a run on them and was told that not to expect much as everything had been sent to NO for Katrina.Talk about feeling like sitting ducks. Yikes...
Packing up and unpacking a business 5 times in the past 8 months is for the BIRDS!!!! It takes at least three weeks to get the spending momentum going again....wonder if the WS will give us a break.NOT. I am just plain old tired from all of this.
