I hired a designer a year ago due to her experience in flower shops. As it turns out she is not a great designer and her attention to detail is spotty. This weekend she took a funeral order from a very good customer and wrote down the wrong details on the order which I filled today. The customer called from the wake upset she asked for an all white casket spray not pastels. How would you handle this with her?
Labor charge 25% , either calculate retail on flowers & supplies & divide by .75 OR add 25% to retail price of flowers & supplies. Which way
