Not only was this a beautiful display of roses, but I could acually hear that babbling brook with that great discription! I hope you add this picture to your website. I love the leave treatment at the bottom of the vase with the pollished pebbles. Great job Tracy!

I agree with Sher in that a little less (especially in the foliage department) would be more. Very, very pretty, very sellable.

Tracy- love the roses and especially the play on words..Green tea, Tranquility.. it's all so Zen! That broad leaf really picks up the light green of the roses doesn't it?

Very pretty and striking. Love the textures. Think maybe if the roses were more massed in some way, made a statement, it would create better balance between the interesting foliage treatment and overall design.

There is a lot that I like about this design. It is very pretty. In particular, I love the contrast of the rubrum grass against the green roses. Using this complementary color for contrast really helps it pop. I would like it better without the feathery greens (is it rosemary?), the euc and the golden filler (looks like amarynth?) Having a lighter, feathery green with the bolder, darker leaves is too much for me. In a vase of just greens I would love all the contrast, but here I think it competes with the roses or maybe I am just responding to the busy burlap in the background. Could it be the perspective in which the photo was shot?... The vase looks too small for the design to me. If I cover up the vase, I love it. I guess I have included my whole thought process, Tracy! I really do like it very much.
