    thanks for the peppermint info...yes we are aware that peppermint is a natural color but didn't have any at the time...as it was a very very last minute order

    Shannons photos are great. We have been experimenting with a light box for the smaller pieces and out of doors with mid day sunshine other wise too many shadows are being thrown around the pieces. We sometimes do a little photo shopping cutting around the piece and pasting it onto our desired background, time consuming that way tho. Just experiment and take notes so you remember what works

    Shannon, I didn't answer your post, because last monday I asked to be taken off the web site. To many negative attacks. So I was very surprised to see an e-mail yesterday from flower chat that I was a new member. I will not be at the colorado cup as it is my daughters spring break. But I will come visit you in Durango she will be attending Ft. Lewis in the fall.

    Hi Shannon,
    I love your bouquets. I did a consultation yesterday and the bride said she wanted something different. She said she wanted callas and lilies and all white and I immediately thought of your design. I showed it to her and she said that was exactly what she wanted but without the trailing dendros so I used Paint Shop Pro to remove the dendros and that cinched the deal.I am really enjoying flowerchat and someday I might post about my experience with doing wedding bouquets for a magazine which will be coming out in a few weeks.It turned from a fabulous experience into a nightmare when the photographer out of the blue decided to withhold the photos.
    Your designs are fabulous and the owners of the shop you work in are lucky to have you.

    Shannon, I need you to help me with cascading bouquets. I fret everytime I have to make one!!! Would you come to Washington, or do I need to go to Durango??? (PS. when I was a little girl, we vacationed there every summer :)...)

    Shannon, don't mean to ignore your request....and I hope this note is coherrant. Two days ago, I finally got in to see my doctor and he tried to send me to the hospital immediately because he said I have a very severe case of pneumonia. I promised I would not get out of bed for 5 days if he let me stay home.

    I will get back to you when my brain is kicking in a little more.
