Sher, I understand your pain. I don't speak gibberish either. ;) I speak many other things, but not that.

I don't have an Ipod or its further incarnations. I have cell phone now that takes pics... I don't know how to put the pics to the computer. I have a headache...

My cell phone is not waterproof..I know this now as I made sure to take of the el cheapo Seiko off( 10 years old) and went swimming. My cell phone that has gps, pictures, interenet, text messaging and I think something else ..none of which I have been able to figure out except that it is not waterproof...it drowned. It had insurance but had a large deductible..of course they no longer carry the less expensive versions...how surprising is that...I want technology that I can tell it what to do and it does it...that use to be my husband....look what he went and did..very unfair of him. I mention that to him in my nightly prayers...so now that we have totally deviated this thread with my whinning, I will shut up..besides,.there is something buzzing in my purse..at the bottom of course and it is glowing...I hope it is not explosive!

Kabloom in Florida is not doing well, there pulling the ka off the sign, I guess to get out of contract. I love Bosses quote! he,he. Well history will tell. I wonder what all the Mom and Pop grocery stores said and did years ago? How about the Butchers, remember the free slice of bologna? In South Florida, I am going with Fulfillment, doesn't seem to be a choice. I need some retirement money!

Actually, this is a great idea! On my Treo, the letters aren't on my numbers. It has a full QWERTY keyboard, and some of the letters double as the numbers for the phone. If I tried to spell flowers, I'd literally spell flowers.
 
here is a few links, and they are in every town in our area on google local searches with local phone #, try calling them and see how rude they are!!
I called them to ask for a physical address and they were extremely rude and said order online only and literally hung up on me, twice!

I'm not CHR but, hopefully this explains it.

The first website that you listed, daplus, just shows information given by info usa, a data provider. Daplus is just showing the phone number of a company that claims to be a florist in PA. The "Florist in PA" is the og, not info usa. It's a directory of sorts and that's why it is showing up on the listing on Google.

Just a note to thank you for your rapid response to the issue's raised regarding the use of local phone numbers and local web links.

It's nice to see that you are indeed listening, and the over 2000 members of the FlowerChat Nation send their regards and commend you for taking a stance and correcting the issue. I can only hope that this "spirit of cooperation" will continue as we go forward.

One more issue I would like to bring to your attention, is Best Floral, Waukesha WI. "Best Floral" is in my opinion currently the "worst offender" in the online and Yellow Page deception arena, and it is 800Flowers/Bloomnet that is facilitating their ongoing ripoff of both consumers and florists alike.

Best Floral has been the feature of numerous television station investigative reports, generally around holidays, and our own "testing" shows "clipping" of funds as well as sub-standard design practices.

We thank you in advance for your beginning investigation of Best Floral, and trust that you will take steps to distance yourselves and 800Flowers/Bloomnet from such deceptive "florists".

Yea...has for some time....

I think my hammering on Ed, about this scam was part of the reason he got fired from TF... I heard that he's back now though in a different capacity.
