So, assuming this customer did order on the internet, is this another case of the OG just pocketing the delivery charge unless the florist asks for it? I called JF once asing for a delivery charge. The pleasant (English-speaking!) person I spoke with asked how much I needed. When I told her she said, "Oh. We have that." Ummm... you have that? "Yes. We have that." Sooo... if the florist doesn't ask for the delivery charge you just keep it? "Heh, heh... yeah."
