If you want to know the actual number of screen the a user "sees" during the order entry process in flowerSoft, the number can be as high as 157 although in most cases it is less than 100.

...

I don't see how any program can have less than that.
Sure Daisy can claim the show everything on one screen, but that is not really true because it is physically impossible when you work with an 80x25 screen area.
To get more area than that, you have to make the characters smaller and therefore harder to read.

Um ... see below. No pop-ups, but the card and item areas expand a couple lines when selected.

Oh - pop-ups for florist and funeral/hospital lists.

All in a handy snack-size, easily navigated 25x80.

I see 6 sections and I assume there is one for the filling florist info. So that is 7 sections. Yes, they are all squeezed into 1 screen, but as you said, the sections expand. To me, that is another screen. flowerSoft also has one screen that shows all the information also, when you look at an order from another file. I chose to display different sections on different screens because it gave me more flexibility.
When you look at an existing order in flowerSoft the first screen you see shows you most of the information you would be looking for, which is the "Sold To" information, the items sold, recipient's last name and delivery date. We call that "View No. 1" Press "2" on your keypad and flowerSoft displays en expanded recipient information area plus the enclosure card message and delivery date and time. Press "3" and you get the method of payment information screen including credit card information plus delivery, relay and sales tax charge.
If they want to see all the information on one screen, but with less detail they would press "0" for that view.
It is all a matter of taste. I rather have the 5 or 6 sections on different screens during the order entry process than try to cram everything into one screen. Like I said, it gives me more flexibility when I want to add fields.

If you are user of IE, you can highlight what you want to print and then go to File on the menu bar select print which will bring up the General menu for printing. Go down to the lower left and select print selection. This will print only the highlighted area.
