Um Joe....the chairs don't match!

Great work...I know the feeling you got when you caressed the top, prior to applying the first coat of finish...one of the best feelings there is!

If I build another thing for any of my friends, Anna (aka Mrs Mioux) will divorce me. She has a list of projects that need attention. ;)

I really want to build some chairs for this table. but the wood has so many nails in it, I would be hard pressed to get it done in 5 years!

Mark's, wife Nicole approved the table before she left for Sydney. She is an Aussie and Mark lives here 5 or so months out of year. Nicole comes over for a month or so.

Hopefully the table won't get stolen. While they were in Paris a few weeks ago, someone broke in and stole stuff.

Joe, you are one amazing and talented guy! Beautiful work!

Is that corn that I see in your garden in the picture of your son?

thanks connie,

no the corn and wheat fields are at my friends house. Nicholas and I just delivered the table to him.

The barn was just to the left of that bush in that picture.

My house is the picture showing the table on the driveway. It had just rained and I wanted to get a shot of it on the driveway.

Nice Joe, very nice.

Did you ever get your anti-weenie cutting table saw?

Not sure what to make of this. Was Joe having trouble with his saw cutting his weenie? I'm confused. LOL

On a serious note, what an awesome, sturdy, amazing piece of work. You can bet that Mark and Nicole's heirs will be fighting over that one day!

And your kids are cute! Nick in particular, so handsome!
