Can you tell me about the VOIP you use , how it works & stuff. I am trying to find out about it so I can do that instead of the regular phone lines....

When you FAX your ROF in to TEL, someone on the other end actually enters your orders into the system. Don't know about anyone else, but when we USED to do this, we had errors all the time - usually due to the TEL person on the other end not knowing how to read our Advantage report... We enter them directly on the Dove...only about 10 or 15 a month though... - cept for Mom's Day and C-mas, usually 20 or 30 then.
