Just got hung up on by a Teleflora saleswoman who called to solicit me. She called to tell me I should add back all my towns that I had listed since I became a member 12 years ago. I told her it's just too expensive and I have to eliminate all my frivolous expenses and these extra towns are in that category. She pretended not to hear that and said I could get $80 value for $32, again I said no, she then said I could have 2 months free, and I said
"Look, you & I both know that receiving is not where you make money it's outgoing" I may have had a bit of an irritated tone... Then she said well, you can put your card ad back in for $51 a month, the I said" Is this all you called for because the answer is no, I have other matters to attend to" She then said "I'm only trying to help you, you don't have to be so hateful, goodbye " & disconnected. All in her syrupy sweet southern accent. I am offended, I'm not hateful, is she putting the hateful notation on my account? She ruined my day.
I'd let my TF Rep know, but he doesn't care. I'm sure no one at headquarters cares either. I know other flowerchatters will give me the chance of venting. Trust me I am trying to get away from Teleflora, but I still need to work out my own website, credit card clearing, international orders and a few other things. I have got to try harder, she's helping me all right, I want to get out!!
