As an Elder...self-appointed as that may be, I have been here for a long time and also on another but not so successful chat board...in all that time, I have never seen the persistance in unprofessional behavior exhibited by Phillip...I know it must be discouraging to all of the Admins to have his behavier tagged onto Flowerchat and for him to use it to spam, try to bad mouth others hard work...or their livlihoods, annoy or otherwise misuse any priviledge that comes from being a member here. Many of us have no clue as to the amount of time Ryan, Cathy, Mickey, Boss, Mlou and others have put into this board over the years to keep it pristine. This is a place that has helped so many and much of that work is due to Ryans hard work, no pay position and dedication to keeping it a haven for us.
It is one thing to allow, or invite someone who has little or no experience, may have just graduated from design school, hoping to open a shop, thinking of opening a shop, working out of their home, or just wanting to know how to "make a tulle puff"...some of the questions may make Elders or more experienced posters role their eyes...but we all started somewhere...Phillip has been in the business long enough to know that his behavior is unacceptable..he holds the record for being bounced from both boards, he has used newer folks to get him into this board using anon names, and we all must put an end to this....he is not reliable, he will spam you, he may be a brilliant webmaster but he unfortunatley does not use his skills to the betterment of the industry...he likes to "borrow" others work...and I am sure he attempted that here, he has not exhibited professional behavior and I hope all of us will stand behind the principles of this board and not get sucked into his scheme of the week or let him tire the Admns to the point that they give up....if Flowerchat is important to you, please stand up and take a stance...and while you are standing...take a look at that little donation button at the top...click on it...click on it every month if you can...$5 bucks or $500...think back to how you felt when it was down for three hours...nerve racking wasn't it???...stop worrying about green dots...start taking care of this board and click heartily...and do not get sucked into any scheme from Phillip...none of them
