Thought you all would love an update of our continuing saga:
Okay, it is now Dec 17th. To date, not one single phone call, e-mail, nor letter from Bloomnet about anything. No one verified that anything had been received. Their rep who called me 3 weeks ago and said she'd call back never did.
Looked up our statement from them yesterday. It shows that we owe about $90 which I was so grateful that it wasn't more.....BUT....WHAT'S THIS???? We get billed for the book. First installment of 3. You know, the book we refused and told them we didn't want nor need because we were cancelling? Called Bloomnet and their CS rep says that we are responsible for paying for the book. WHAT??? You sent the book out WAY past the time when you got our termination letter and also, it was refused and sent back. So, I ask, you are going to bill me for a book that I don't have and can't use? She says she need to check with a supervisor. Well, that was yesterday and still haven't heard anything.
Seriously, if I ran my business like this, I would be out on the street. I guess they are lucky that they have a huge supply of florists to crap on before they see a dent in their bottom line. And the beat goes on........:wallhead:
