I just wanted you all to know that I immigrated to the U.S when I was 13 and SPAM was the BEST and all I've known for about 10 years. We had it for breakfast as "steaks" and eggs; it was in the fried rice and various other dishes for lunch; and it showed up at dinner time as beautiful ham chunks in creamy corn chowder. I will never forget the years with SPAM, not as the last resort meat but as the BEST

and GOLDEN MEMORIES

of my 1st 10 years in NYC.

I LOVE SPAM. there you have it.
