I think most cookie cutter complaints have less to do with style and more to do with the florists inability to make the arrangement look like the picture, but they still go ahead and fill ther order anyways.

I read the poll to mean "Do you get more complaints on 'by-the-numbers' (recreated from a photo) arrangements or 'designer's choice' designs?
(I didn't answer because design complaints happen so infrequently that I can't recall.)
What I'd really like to see is a poll about whether shops get more compliments/repeat customers on their custom/unique work or their 'by-the-numbers' arrangements.
