ROFLMAO. I hear you, my friend, I hear you. We're ascot deep in snow now, it's hairy driving out there but hey, my crew are northern Ontarians - we can handle it. Dove and Merc are still going strong - we're practically out of everything but *kaching*... Bounced 5 1-800 orders, a few loblaws - I call them "Bob Loblaws" - because that's what the operators sound like "Blah blah blah".

These ladies don't cater to parasitic wonders, they can kiss my toe.

Our shop...

was treated very well, and professionally by Domestic Retrans...I find it hard to "fault them" for trying to do their jobs as best as possible, with the resorces they have at hand!!

The Bastards are at it again , phoning demanding to know what happened to an order , " we don't fill for you" click called them back , waited 15 minutes to be passed on and the girl hung up in my face, called back again , she was busy , spoke to someone else who wouldn't give me her name , but asked about the order , gave her the admin# of the forward back to them , they don't have it , "too bad , not my problem" asked her why we are still getting orders from them when we have asked to be left alone , " its the automated system " can't be that great , when you don't have a copy of the forward . Have put in a letter with Frank , last chance , we are removing the merc , have had enough of it , if my membership gets cancelled , big deal , not worth the aggravation.

IF I need to send you an order, and I MERC it out, and I need to use DR to get it to you. how's that gonna work??

Take the extra 2 minutes and call me with it. If it comes from DR and I ask for the sending shop and I'm told it's not my concern then the order will have to go elsewhere, not asking them for the formula for making gold from shi*t, just the originating shop , and if that's too much to ask .....

They are at it again , just received my November statement , January 4th, yes thye owed me money , if it had been the other way around would have had the statement before the 10th, anyway , got charged for a forward message , one I sent back to the offending Og , now they are expecting us to pay for crap you've asked to be left free of. Enough is enough , this will be the straw that breaks the camels back.
