Perhaps you're thinking of "Mambo"? Opens up real quickly. Don't know if there's a larger bloom of another variety.

If it were me doing it, I would not add the filler ( wheat, chamomile & geranium leaves) Chances are your bride doesn't even know they are in there and she won't miss them. I would discuss it with her, tell her it isn't an intricle (sp?) element of the bouquet, that there are other alternatives ( Hypercium, buplerum, etc) . Tell her that way she can keep the price under $300.00 and have a better "look".

And for the orange rose I'd use " Orange Unique roses" Perfect color and shape.
