Two weeks will pass...

The two weeks will pass but the Cosmic connection made between you and your friend and her family will last forever.

Your expression of unselfish service at this most vital time in your friends life as she prepares for her "transition" will be a beautiful experience for everyone.

I send into the Cosmic thoughts of strength, compassion, harmony, fortitude and Peace Profound as you deal with this profound experience for your Self and your friend.

Grieve her if you must but grieve her when she is gone.. Right now she needs to know that it is okay for her to move on to her special place away from the heartache and pain this illness has caused... Let her spread her angel wings and be free of it all.. Remember her in your heart and in your mind and always remember that some day you will be reunited again.. There will always be a tomorrow.. I will keep you all in my prayers.. If

Goodie, your friend has entered your life for a very good reason, she has given you, family and friends....Strength. We never know when we might be put into the same position, but the strength that she is giving you now, makes all stronger when we need it most, very powerful. My good thoughts are with you and your dear friend.

What does one say in this sort of situation ...everyone else has spoken so eloquently. All I can do is send you hugs and kisses and say you are a hero friend.

My friend passed away at 4.30 am this morning. I sat with her till late last night, and along with other friends and family, cried and chatted and played gentle music! The Cancer nurse was wonderful and helped make the last moments peaceful. She is at rest now? A sad day,but thanking you all for kind messages !! Tracy
 
I am sorry to hear your friend passed, sometimes we never know what the smallest kindness meant but..you were a very good friend to her and to her family. I am sure we all can only hope we helped you thru in some small way....TC of yourself now and be at peace now too....hugsssssss

Hugs to you. Like Clarabella said, take care of you now. Give yourself time to grieve. Be kind to yourself. You are a very good friend. I'm so sorry.

it was a very special moment of salvation that enable your friend to gather her wits, and strength to attend.....it's moment that "helps" realize, HOPEFULLY, how precious life is!!
Yes you are sad, be very proud of your friend, and next door neighbour...a "lesser" person would have NOT done what SHE did!!

she's NOT gone, she's left for a better place....'till you meet again!!
 
Tracy, what a great gift you both were to eachother... in life and now in her death. The connection between you continues. Take care of you and revel in the memories.

Jesse.....remind yourself that only his "body" has terminal cancer......HE will survive as the "paint" on the walls of your family's hearts!
 
Tracy - sending thoughts for more stregth, to help you and those around you to honor your friend's memory, while honoring each other as well. Take comfor that you were able to help in someone's truest time of need, something many cannot do.
