I figured out a way to do it ! I took everyones advise and put most of the suggestions together. Without letting out any trade secrets....
I sliced my oranges into larger slices and used a makeshift liner thus keeping the fruit "completely" away from the flowers. I have one sitting in my cooler now..so we'll see what it looks like today. I'm pretty confidant this will do the trick !
Now if I could just get my floral wholesalers to understand what the color "RED" is (not burgundy) and realize that my bride wants the blossoms on the FLOWER - not the floor! And OH, When I order 60 chocolate colored
gerbera daisies 2 weeks ahead of time - I might really NEED them !
