My situation is basically the same as Cheryl's - we are booked solid for weddings from mid April or beginning of May through the end of October, so those months are pretty much out of the question for us. I voted for March -- by then we are tired of winter weather, and need something to energize us!

Just remember that Toronto is in Canada, whose main export is that crappy winter weather we get tired of!

Can we check the Penguins/Leafs schedule if it's in March?

The summer season tends to have our shop pretty swamped with event and wedding work. But some time after valentines and mothers day has passsed would work well for us.

OK guys, so it is Canada and if you are looking for fun in the sun can I suggest may onwards, though to have the conference coincide with another TO happening would be neat, especially if you have parties travelling from all parts of the US and beyond, just to be able to experience extra flower things of interest. Like Canada Blooms? (I know...brr. feb...but it is cool) or CAFA induction/show generally beginning of Oct. and that means lovely Canandian Autumn. Just a thought.

Oh I forgot about Canada Blooms in March. That would be a great dove tail for the conference as well.
