One point: There is NO good reason(excuse) for an opt-out stance. I personally feel it's a back door way of doing business, and shady at best, and unethical at the other end. If a florist wants the program and fails to opt-in, shame on them, if TF opts them in without their knowledge, shame on TF.

<slightly tongue in cheek> Maybe they just know their audience? 90% florists won't opt in to something that requires them to do the labour of completing a form :) Of course, those other 10% will eat their lunch.
