We dumped FTD
After running numbers for the whole last 4 year, we dumped FTD last month. We were paying to be members...the 17% or 20% that we receive from outgoing orders and the minimal amount left over from incoming orders did not pay the membership fees.
We were promised "small store" membership at $149 per month, but then talked with a store 90 miles away and was told their "small store" membership was $49 per month.
The only time we have heard from our rep in the last two years was when we wrote to let FTD know that we were dropping them. Too late...
They're gone!
