IIRC I created my own category. It's one of the features of the LBC. Just be sure not to over-do it.

Moved from 87 -92% by uploading photos - guessing I can't hit 100% without video. Am I wrong??

I don't think so... I'm stuck at 86%....

Seems there is a difference between having 5 and 10 images for one thing. Going to try a video this week... anyone know what formats are accepted?(or where I can look to find out) Thinking of a WMM file, with muzak....

Sorry Duane, I must have spaced and missed this thread! Yep, it's true, not available in Canada, I messaged Google Maps on Twitter publicly about it and surprise, no response. There's no telling how long it will take and no one seems to know much about it... at least this was the case when I looked into it when this new dashboard was released.

For the past two weeks I've been trying to upload images to get closer to that 100%. I've tried everything and can't get any photos to upload.

After a bit of research (sorry, I lost the link), I discovered that uploading to your business listing is hit or miss. Sometimes it will take, sometimes it won't, you just have to keep trying. This is a relatively new problem.

Be careful, if you have any photos currently uploaded, do NOT delete them, there's a chance you will never be able to put them or a replacement back.

Yes Rhonda, this is what I'm reading from other business owners. It takes several attempts to get it to take.

I also read that if it does confirm upload, but the image is blank, leave it be, there is some lag time before the actual image will show. Again do NOT delete!
