GREAT BIG bridal bouquet I made today.

This has got to be the biggest bridal bouquet I ever made. She wanted it huge! Shannon's Lucky Day!!
She was my favorite bride this year. Maybe ever. She was a dream to work with, and maybe the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.

Not sure how many roses are in it. I didn't bother to count.
The bride provided 1400 roses and then bought an additional 150 Black Bacarra and Sahara from us, and the hypericum and seeded euc.

It's in one bouquet holder. Yes, just ONE!

I'm NOT holding the bouquet away from me either. The last pic is of Jen, one of our drivers, she wanted a "head to bouquet ratio/point of reference."

Are you sure this is the bride's bouquet.....or is really the junior attendant/flowergirl bouquet ? lol

Here's Natalie making the Arbor piece. It's going on a big giant log gazebo type Arbor thingy.... Real technical.

I had her make it in 2 pieces. It fits together like a puzzle. and attached with cable ties.

Bride wanted this to be a giant mound of roses..
I think we did it.

Nope, not catholic.

And actually it's a lot lighter than it looks!

I had all the girls hold it, and they all said, "Wow, it's really not heavy"
 
Looking at the picture - you can tell where the baccara and magic roses are.......in the picture, they look just like black holes.

And here's her centerpieces.

There are 20 roses in each of these. And that's only cause that's all we could get in them!

We had a bunch of roses left over.

Guess what she's gonna do?

Instead of having petals lining the aisle, she is going to use whole rose heads. How beautiful will that be?

I wanted to actually go to this wedding!
 
without seeing a picture of the bride.....I got the feeling this girl is either one of two things......either she is skinny as a rail or as big as the side of the barn.

My vote is skinny as a rail.

Well, When the family came to pick everything up they just loved it all and said she'd love it too.

I even had her show me yesterday with her hands how big she wanted it. I told her repeatedly, "That's going to be really big" She said over and over "I want it big!"
I called her when I finished and told her "your bouquet is really big!" And she said "OH YAY!!"

She's a Southern New Mexico rodeo queen type. Very poised, beautiful and sweet.

She even brought a bunch of Horses with her for her wedding!!
 
I'm going to e-mail her and ask her for the photographers name. I think it's just a friend of hers.

I'm pretty sure that she will be sure to make sure we get some pics.
The family invited us to go out to the wedding, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. BUT I really wanted to.

They even told me they wished I lived closer to them. <<awww, shucks!>>

I was afraid to take pics other that these, for fear of the bouquet being dropped or toppling over.
And everything else was just to dang big!!

I will buy photos from the photographer if I have to!

No, not skinny as a rail....

She's darn near perfect.
 
That is HUGE!! I have a bride later this fall that wants a BIG bouquet too. We'll see how it compares to your BIG bouquet.

Can I ask a question though, you said she provided most of the roses, why is that? Why didn't you order the roses from your supplier and sell them to her? Just curious.

that's what I was gonna say Shannon.....I think you guys had a ball making these pieces, and your bride is gonna have a blast USING them!!
I vote for "GREAT JOB SHANNON"!!
