OK, now that it's been confirmed, do marigolds have long enough stems for a true hand-tied?

Sure do. You want orange Africa Marigolds.

However their stems are hollow. so be careful.

Also Be sure to order orange AFRICAN marigolds.. They have big heads. And ask for them to have long stems. Be very specific in what you want.

French marigolds have little heads.

Be careful. Some orange african marigold varieties are really pumpkin orange.

you want a variety that is yellow-orange to get that vivid yellow color shown in the pic.

I would be cautious about using marigolds in a normal hand-tied bouquet - I would either use a bouquet holder and do a faux handle or use one of the oasis bravo holders.

Reason being, The few times I have worked with marigolds is they seem to have a fairly short longevity.
