Help Me Help You Strut Your Stuff II

Everyone's stuff looks wonderful. RC is my hero, love the way with words and design descriptions. I wanted to do this but ran out of time. Next year I will plan ahead.

By the way, thanks for all your hard work in promoting your fellow florist.

Help me strut your stuff

Randy at Oberers, , I echo the opinions of others when they say.....I'm glad you are not my competition. Your photos and work are excellent. It does my heart good to see quality work like that coming from a real florist. I curious who is responsible for that quality work at your shop? Is it you or do you have some outstanding design staff?
Carol Bice

Carol,

I engineer most of the specials on our website.

They are engineered to be easily reproduced by our designers.

A good designer not only has to be creative and good at his craft, he must also be productive and able to produce consistency in his work with good speed. Our design staff is good, but they need to continually work on improving their skills and speed because their is always room for all of us to improve. :)

The post is up - Local Florists Offer Unique Arrangements for Christmas

It's a real challenge trying to lay out these types of posts with photos of different looks and sizes. The photos are called from the sites (which I had to hand code - aaargh!) and each shop has a direct link to their home page and link to the product page.

Each store has one product featured. I chose RC's Deer Centerpiece since it was the first one he posted.

My spell check doesn't work in Movable Type so let me know if you see any typos.

Cathy

Awww... thanks! :redface2:

If there are any other FC members who want to join in, I might be able to add another page. I know of one FC member with a serious computer problem that prevented her for uploading her new product images.

So c'mon - don't miss the opportunity for a little free link love. I see some fantastic stuff added to the gallery. Where are the Brits and the Cannucks? (Yes, that's a challenge. :) )

Oh oh - hate to tell you this but you have images missing - worst part about it - one of the missing ones is yours!

sorry.....just watching yer back

Weird. I see them all both in IE7 and Firefox. Rather than copying, resizing and uploading to the blog, I just pulled them from their original pages. Wonder if it's a browser issue?

Anybody else having a problem seeing the photos?
No problem, and I'm still ancient explorer.

tracy

Aye!

Ok Randy, here are a few amatuer pics , sorry so late...

Add me to that list! Not a true computer problem, but we've lost the cord that hooks up the camera (don't you just love us non-techies) to the computer. It's one of about 1000 things that have not been found since our move at Thanksgiving. Groan.

Thank you again and again, Cathy, for all that you do for us.

Keep those pictures coming, Randy!

Lost things

Connie, Don't you just love it ? I find lost or not (misplaced )things everyday.
It's a hunt for it less & less each day tho, I'm told the move to our new address is over, yea ,I'm in but....... still a little lost! I'm sure you understand.
Some days I think" I need to go home," just not even think about the unpacking, or stay and stay and stay. Found it's best to go home face it next
day. One day I'm going to open a box and find that 1,000,0000.00 I put back !
HaHaHaHa, I'll look for yours too.
