Homecoming corsage problem

We use half a chenille instead of wire to make our bow. The rubber pads all have holes in them. Just feed the chenille through the holes and secure on the back side. You can then glue into the bow and onto the pad. Have never had a corsage fall apart using this technique with oasis glue. Also, fuzzy materials seem to help. We add plumosa and filler after the bow. You can always use ivy or pitt, etc. in addition if you're not a fan of plumosa.

Sue, I would think that would be uncomfortable for the girls to have the chenille stems on the underside. Sounds very secure, but have you ever had anyone complain about it?

Linda, I took a Fitz class and they told us to flip the bracelets so the pad is on top. When we chenille, I just slip it between the pad and the bracelet. In most cases, the chenille is nowhere near the arm. When it happens on some bracelets, I glue a leaf.

And no, we've never had any complaints.
