We are happy with ours, but the software seems to have been designed in the 1970s. I think you can get the "special price" just about anytime.

Quick question about this printer - does it only print on poly ribbon, the plastic ribbon? I have a small issue with plastic ribbon in funeral work ..... I prefer the regular everyday satin, or mixed with organza, and wondered if these transfer printers are able to work on traditional florist's satin ribbon. Anybody know for sure? And do you make your bows out of plastic ribbon to match the banner?
