Thom I read your post about the squirrels and know you were doing a major job on the terrible mole damage you had but your little 4 year old's tears for the baby shows us how they accept and love everything in the world .It's us who have problems with things that impact on us .Mostly it's because these things are in the wrong place like weeds in the garden or crops or moles ,squirrels ,raccoons etc in the attic or house or whatever.
Were the funeral tributes lovely .I assume you made the effort because I remember some animal and fish funerals here which were pretty elaborate .
