I need a new way to VENT!

I have been known to freak out occasionally, but usually not violently.
That game has a soothing "wack-a-mole-ish-ness" to it. Try it!
Oh BTW.... I have tried the Wii boxing. I suck. My hubby kicked my ass. Anyone tried the ski jump with the Wii Fit? That's a good party game to take turns trying (while drinking of course). Very funny to watch people eat it on the landing. I suck at that too.

We ALL have those employees, Heather. Common sense is lacking in all but the greatest of employees - yourself.

But, they are all human - well, most of them - and they all need attention. BOSS has a good point - sometimes just leaving instructions is not gonna do it. The person needs PERSONAL instruction. I am in need of CONSTANT reminding that this is MY store. I need to BE in the design room. Wait on the store. And, make the deliveries. Tomorrow, for example, I am doing the set up of a wedding at the center city Double Tree. I could have sent a designer and a driver, but I WANTED to do it. There's a lot to the tables, and I know how it should look. So...off I will go.
I too have used the Wii for therapy. Personally, I like Star Wars 'Clone Wars'.

Talk about going to the Dark Side...
Sometimes my wife comes in and acts like the Emperor and says "Gooood, goood - soon you will join the Dark Side and your destiny will be complete."

No, just two kids who drove us to getting a Wii. The only "fantasy play" is our "fantasy" on getting to go out again - WITHOUT THE KIDS!!! Between work, meetings, Basketball practice, etc. there is NO time...
