From the floristboard (as I know many of you don't read there any more) for your perusal:

I'm sure I'm not the only one who knows who this would be.....
I have to laugh when I hear FlowerChat described as a Canadian chat board. True, I'm based in Toronto and we do have a good number of Canadian members participating here, but:

- Half the admin team is American
- The servers hosting FC are in the USA
- 93% of our web traffic is from the USA
- We have a few hundred UK members
- We have web traffic from 84 different countries

But ... opinions REALLY DO vary!

For those who are curious, we do have freedom of expression here in Canada too. It's just worded a little differently than the first amendment. Sounds like BOC has been sniffing wood glue again - time to do what we did the last time. Ignore him.

I'm pretty darn sure he has a drinking problem and has had for a long time.

He was once a sort of fun guy but then he turned mean, as it progressed. I think he really just deserves pity.

What a great way to get some of us over there and post!!

Come on guys I have been geting emails from post over a year old with people comenting and so fourth.

Its not worth the time besides there is so much to do over here why bother looking elsewhere?

It's like Jerry Springer ... sometimes you just can't help yourself. :>

I'm one of those Canadians that loves the USA and is grateful for all that you do for us and the rest of the world. There is no getting around the fact that if it wasn't for you guys we would have been speaking Russian for the past 50 years!

Mark, Awesome post. On behalf of my fellow Americans, thank you for your kind comments. We are grateful to have such a loyal and good neighbor to the north as Canada!

I'm like CHR...the day he told me that he hoped I'd drown in the hurricane was the day I realized he was a pickled buttwad and won't give him the time of day. His attacks on Mark , JB and others have abusive to the point of absurdity...nuff said...not worth our spit...never brought a coherent idea to either board!
Sher
PS pickled buttwads is a Southern term for ya'll north, east, west and across the pond from us...nice way od saying an alcholic a**...
Tryin to learn ya'll to speak S'outhern...

Only one problem Frank...we spell it "neighbour"...:thumbsup

That is the correct way of spelling it. ;) You coloured my day happy.

ok...I have just got to say that being liberal is not the same thing as being a serial killer! And being the only living liberal in the state of Mississippi makes me just a bit touchy on this subject I guess.

Make sure you're on your best behaviour tho, V!

Honey, as I'm travelling through my day, I count on my behaviour being up to snuff as it were as I truly like to stick to the programme.

As South Park would say, What's this all aboot? LOL

Funny, as I wrote my comment I was singing in my head the whole time the "Blame Canada!" song from that one episode (well, the only lyrics I could remember!). I really am probably too old to watch South Park, but oh, how I love it! For you South Park fans, were Terrence & Phillip from Canada?

Yes

THIS is the kind of "fun" WE have at FlowerChat...BOC/BLUE/MEMO, didn't get it THEN. doesn't "get it" KNOW, and won't get a chance to "get it" later!!
He needs to put a cork in it, from BOTH ends....
Nuff said people...dead horse...move on!!

I'm not sure why he constantly keeps harping about the "liberalism" of Flower Chat. I can honestly say that I have not seen any political discussions or conversations through out this board yet.

Is it just a naive association between Canada and liberalism that has him going on this rant?

FlowerChat florists are "liberal", FlowerChat florists are "conservative, and all the "green dots" in between.....:thumbsup
