Thom I don't know if his tongue is smaller, probably not. His ego sure isn't! He just repulses me. I heard him interviewed once and gah, what a tool. I realize our criteria for deliciousness may be different though. :thumbsup

Anyone else think Gokey got the short end of the stick on the singers they got paired with? Lionel Ritchie, Keith Urban, KISS?
Once Rod Steward got started, I thought Gokey should have been paired with him!
All in all, great season, and I agree that Gokey's votes went to Chris. Adam had a little too much AAAAAAAAHHHHAHSHAHAHHHSHHHHHH :headbang: in his performances for a lot of people I talked to. I was tired of hearing him scream too. That being said, he was the most talented of the bunch by far, just not what the tweens wanted to hear, which I am sure were 90% of those votes.
BTW: At 50 cents per text, in one night, they made 50 million dollars... :wide:

My husband is a professional musician and he has this theory that they rigged Adam to loose to shoot him into some crazy stardom like no other...
Everyone will say "what? I can't believe he didn't win! I'll show them... I'll buy all of his albums and go to all of his shows - How could he not win?"
I said - well maybe your right.. I was alreay thinking that I would most definatly buy anything he puts out!!

The show was phenomenal but the highlight of it for me was the judge whatsername (oh yeah Kara) coming out and flashing while the bikini chick was singing.
Never realized she had that going on, and she did indeed! Damm!

.........Well, First of all.....Not an Idol fan here.......Adam is cute though. But what I find hilarious are the reponses concerning Gene Simmons. Most people don't know this....but he is a very well educated man....in fact, he holds several doctorate degrees....and if memory serves me right.....is one of the few musicians to win a Neiman fellowship at Harvard.
If you are not familiar with the Neiman Fellowship - It is in essence a year long award that lets you attend Harvard ...... as a student....with the run of the school as though you were a professor/educator there. You pretty much have the run of the campus and can dip and dig your way into any bits of classes you want.

Yes Derek she's really talented (and looks great in a bikini). I just really loathe all the silly, sappy, Idol songs. Imagine being an Idol whose only claim to fame is sap (thinking of several past Idols).

Yeah, Kara IS hot and can sing her pants off. That little "skit" made my night. I thought that was awesome that she did that for charity and then was covering herself up like she was embarrassed. Riiight! The "bikini girl" got on my nerves. Even her new........"pair" weren't that impressive
