If you were the bride....

I have done this technique before but what is throwing me off is the size. I know you can't tell from the pic but it is about soccer ball size and heavy. This is what the bride asked for. I guess I am asking if anyone has done these and been successful with the technique, design, and weight?
I do that type of faux all the time!! it is heavy and very BIG!! I love it.. the bigger the better~

I was afraid she would think it was overwhelming but she didn't. She said it was far nicer than she even hoped for. :)

See.. worried for nothing' - Always makes the day when the are more pleased than even they expected!

That bouquet is gorgeous inferno63! I'm sure the bride was thrilled with it! How many stems do you have in it?
I make most of my bouquets handtieds, so I don't have to worry about a water source. I plop the bouquet in a vase after I make it, keeping the stems long so that the stem wrap doesn't get wet. I cut the stems short when I deliver the bouquet to the bride.
If a bouquet is 50 stems or less I usually don't have any trouble holding the flowers in my left hand while I'm constructing the bouquet. I guess I have large hands though...
