I was informed that I am being reported to FTD today for refusing to fill an order, and that I'm a, what was the word...immature...

Maybe so, but I still won't fill for Flowers Cambridge!! I have told them on numerous occasions not to send to me.

So report me....who cares!

So dear if they put you in the big house for this, just call collect, and I will come and get you out, maybe bring a file so you can get the bars down so you can pull out, or even we can pull around back and put something on the bars to pull down the wall, WOW now that would be some excitment, Not sure what they do if they report you? Is that a scary thing when they say that,, Well for me it would be great to have a break though, Ok now back to you, Ya know the QUeen we would be all over it to come and get ya,We could ask that JB for the rest of the money if we need lots to get ya out>>>

What commercial did you see?

The one I saw had women cooing over arrangements of Calla lilies or roses in vases the size of bushel baskets or bigger (on the kitchen table) There had to be at least 2-3 dozen calla in the vase let alone several dozen roses.

They certainly weren't the $29.95 features from the web site.

W-2 or 1099?

In my umble opinion, which usually counts for naught, either entity can dictate terms to you, provided that, you get a W-2 or 1099 statement from them at the end of each year.

Failing that criteria, you can still consider yourself to be an INDEPENDENT BUSINESSMAN and run YOUR BUSINESS YOUR WAY!

I liked Carol's post about THIS INCIDENT IS GOING ON YOUR PERMANENT RECORD! Could that mean FTD JAIL? OMG! That's gotta have you shaking in your boots!
