I think I'm on the "Teleflora's Most wanted" list. I get told I'm gonna get "turned in" all the time.
Last year I had a guy tell me that I had to sell TF products for the price TF suggests. I said, "Uh, no I don't, and neither do you, ask your TF rep if you don't believe me."
"Well" he says "What is your name, I'm going to report you to Teleflora!"
I said "Shannon Conner S-H-A-N-N-O-N-C-O-N-N-E-R, with an 'E'"
The teleflora police never did come to get me.
I wonder what teleflora jail is like.
Yesterday, I was trying to explain to a lady that she gave us the wrong address, and instead of listening to me, she decided to talk over me.
So I shut up and let her talk and when she was finished I told her "Well, whatever, it's still the wrong address, and it's a higher delivery fee, it's a rural address."
She says "What?! Did you say 'whatever' oh forget it, cancel the order."
I say "Ok, whatever... good luck finding someone to fill the order, we are the only TF shop here. I was just trying to explain to you what was going on. But If you want me to reject, no problem, whatever."
SO today guess who's calling again..um huh... till I got on the phone and explained that Schluter Floral and April's Garden are one and the same.
She hung up on me.
Whatever.

I was helping Renee yesterday and I,too, made the "Teleflora's Most wanted" list. It was TF headquarters too, but that's ok...I gave them someone else's name.
I tried to tell them to just Dove the order...(then Renee could refuse it)
They only wanted to give the order by phone...That in itself sounds fishing to me.

We have had several of these... one yesterday, claiming to be FTD.coN, asked for our member number and store name (WTH?)... said, Sorry we can not give that information out over the phone, and if you really are FTD.coN then you already have the data... Merc it over... "We can't"... again... WTH?
Do you think it's because some 45% of these order by phone never get reported? That does make for nice profit...
Or maybe it's an order gather trying to get their order placed, thinking you won't turn down TF Headquarters...
or maybe both...

Last Mothers day after telling TF Hq. where to go for the umpteenth time ( very rudely) got a call from our rep demanding an apology and possible expulsion , I said great I guess I'm out as of right now, come collect your selection guide and I'll personnally insert it up your arse for you, I'm still Tf and on his last trip through he didn't stop to collect the guide.
Both (although the 45% number sounds high.) Phone orders will most likely delay billing so it helps with cash flow.
As to pretending to be HQ, it's been done for years. Florist.com (Aaron's old company) tried that with us on several occasions years ago. Their CSR would say 'TF HQ order' and the caller ID would show their Orange County call center phone number.
