I need to make this real clear....
My original theory that Phillip was behind the nasty, libelous reviews was wrong. He did do some other 'reviewing' that was far from kosher, but he did not write this stuff.
I now believe the reviewer was another florist from Minneapolis - someone who perceived their business as being harmed by the positive reviews left by other florists (including me) for a competing flower shop. If you poke around near the top of the Google Local SERPs for that city, you may spot some review patterns that make you say hmmmm.
As I said earlier, I apologized to Phillip. I have spoken with him a few times this last week and learned that he suffered from a serious health issue last fall and winter. (His health is better now.) He has mellowed a bit from the days when he spammed every florist BB with ads.
