I also blame the florist. I am responsible for my own actions..the good choices and the bad. FTD and TF are not my parents, and so I can look at them as a good or bad business decision...but always as a decision that I made of my own free will. If you blame the WS for your problems, you'll likely be the type of person that's looking for someone - or some other business- to SAVE you. The cycle never ends with that approach... I for one am proud to say that I am a business owner because I'm not afraid to make decisions on my own, support the good ones, and fix the bad decisions...without someone spoonfeeding me the answers.
