$25.00 to look like they care for the deceased....

Must be comming from Thrifty or Berry, did you tell them that was your Delivery Charge! LOL!.

But serious an order from those Hills for $25.00? heck that wouldn't even cover the cost of sending it in the first place.

Ha, a West Bloomie strikes again! Was getting a tulip thing and when she found out it was $29.99 she said NO WAY, THAT'S TOO EXPENSIVE - I only want to spend $20.00-$25.00. Well, we did manage to get tax and delivery over and above the $25.00.

Sheesh - I would not want to have the kind of money they must have to live out there and then penny pinch on gifts. This was not even for a funeral - it was a birthday gift.

And the embarrasing part for them is they don't care that they come across as a cheapskate. Granted, for many people it is a sacrificial act to send a floral gift for $25.00 and that's fine, but when 9 out of 10 West Bloomies say $25.00 is their limit - there's something going on there.

Enough rambling about them, hope your Val Day is super spectacular!!!

Could it be that all their "big" incomes go to keeping up the facade of a big house , fancy car etc. So that when the occasion pops up they send a cheaper gift.

Talk to your drivers... In my town, many of these HUGE homes have no furniture visable from the front door... but what the hell, it looks good from the street...

I had one yesterday I forwarded to a member here in town that still has a 15H codification. The order was for 40.99 (0.01 under my min) and it came from BEVERLY HILLS !!!!!! Not to mention, we have the arr coded for 52.50+DC in our book...

Boss my next door neighbour is on the men's community at the United Church in MT. Pearl , we have 2 exclusive subdivisions , all houses worth well over 250 grand , this one church delivered 40odd food hampers there just before Christmas. Boggles my mind why anyone would want a big empty house and go hungry . NUTS.

Yep it does boggle the mind....

I like my little 1000 sq ft house, cuz I preffer food on my table and at least twice a day...

Of course I chose the house for the 3200 sq ft garage, but thats another story...

Additional INFO !

Last year Kabloom began supplying BJ's Wholesale Club with fresh product, working in 80 of their stores...they expect this year to get into a total of 160 BJ's (leave it alone) stores...

This coupled with their Kabloom branded outlets will increase KaBlooms buying power at the wholesale level allowing them to pass these savings onto their Franchiseed outlets...

Coupled with the fact that they have no labor or space rental charges with Bj's this will ultimately lower their COGS at their Retail locations below what anyone in the same market can get...

MOre

And more too follow !!!
